The 50th International Eucharistic Congress will be taking place in Dublin from 10th – 17th June 2012.
The Eucharistic Congress is a week long programme of events, linking faith and culture, with a particular focus on the gathering of people of every nation, language and way of life around the table of the Lord. To find out more about the congress on the IEC 2012 website, click on the congress logo
The Congress will end with the Statio Orbis (final mass) on 
Sunday 17th June 2012 in Croke Park. The parish Eucharistic Congress committee are organising a bus to this final mass, numbers are limited, so booking early is advisable.
The cost will be £25 (which includes a £10 contribution requested from each person attending to cover some of the costs involved in putting on the event). All names have to be submitted by Sunday March 11th. 
At present the ceremony in Croke Park is scheduled to begin at 2.00pm (with doors opening at 12 noon) and to conclude around 5.30pm.
